Hydro’s Helpers

Green Bay Water Utility and Green Bay Metro Fire Department partner with children in our community to promote personal responsibility and the importance of fire hydrants. 

Hydro’s Helpers is an excellent opportunity for the City of Green Bay, Village of Allouez, and Village of Bellevue children to help their community and the Fire Department. Children and their families sign up to take of the fire hydrants closest to their homes during the winter months. This saves precious time for firefighters during a fire.  

Green Bay Water Utility thanks all participants for their hard work and appreciates the time spent helping to care for the fire hydrants!
